Davis Shakespeare Ensemble serves as a vital artistic resource for the people of Davis and the greater Sacramento region, producing Shakespeare’s works, modern classics, new works inspired by the classics, and educational programs.
DSE started by putting on small outdoor productions. Several years ago they moved into a full theater, producing a Shakespeare festival, they approached us to help rebrand their organization. We continue to work with them to design promotional materials for the festival and their organization. While they perform classic works, DSE puts their own twist on the productions, setting them in different time periods, musical genres. Their productions are creative, fun, and modern. To reflect this, an iconic, contemporary clean style was created utilizing bright and fresh colors.
