Papaya Project
Cornell University PhD candidate (now PhD) Sarah Davidson's project involved her traveling all over
the globe to research genetically engineered papayas. This website was designed to showcase her
project and her travels. The site linked to a blog site that was set up to mirror the look and feel of this site
where she kept a log of her journey. The artwork of the papaya with the globe transposed over it was
chosen for the cover of Plant Physiology, a prominent science journal, to accompany Sarah's essay.
Super Papaya Man animation
The Super Papaya Man animation was developed for Sarah as a part of her PhD dissertation at Cornell University.
The video is best viewed at a resolution of 1280 or higher.
